INDIVIDUAL PARCELS INSURANCE INFORMATION

All parcels shipped by POLONEZ are insured  in case of loss or theft. Insured amount is paid to the Sender in case of non-delivery or significant parcel weight loss. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damage of parcel contents due to improper packaging. We are not responsible for parcels shipped to POLONEZ through UPS or USPS.

Parcels must not contain liquids in glass not plastic containers, paints or acids and specifically batteries.

Individual parcels to Poland are automatically insured for up to $2 (sea) or $5 (air) per pound but no more than $200. For additional $1 the parcel can be insured to full $200 without weight limit.  Example: 38 Lb parcel is insured for $76.00. For $1 extra fee, this parcel is insured for $200.00. Parcels with an insurance amount over $200.00 must be packaged in presence of an authorized agent.

Please note, that Shipping Declaration is required by customs and insufficient parcel declaration may prevent us from delivering your parcel. Custom fees may apply due delivery.
