All of money transfers are serviced by Western Union.

Due to bank regulations, it takes up to 14 (fourteen) days to process money transfers that are paid by personal checks.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept commercial checks.

The receiver can pick up the cash the very next day at any participating Western Union location throughout Poland.

The Sender will receive "Money Transfer Control Number" (MTCN) that needs to be given to the Recipient. The Recipient is required to present the number when picking up the cash.

The Recipient needs to present valid form of ID (ID, passport).

To ensure prompt and proper transfer of money, we will need Recipient’s full name, address, phone number and email address.

The Sender needs to provide the following information to Polonez when the amount to be sent is up to $1,000.00 (including fees):
- Full name,
- Address,
- Phone number and email address.

When the amount to be sent ranges from $1,001.00 to $3,000.00 (including fees) the following information/ documentation is required from the Sender:
- Full name,
- Address,
- Copy of any ID.

When the amount to be sent is more than $3,000.00 (including fees the following information/ documentation is required from the Sender:
- Full Name,
- Address,
- Copies of two different forms of ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.),
- Social Security Number (SSN),
- Date of birth,
- Occupation.
